CEBL Minis: Kindergarten - 2nd Grade Co-ed League

P-CCS Community Ed is  pleased to announce we are now offering a K-2nd grade league.

Registration: Currently closed.

League runs: for 6 weeks in November & December (No events take place the week of Thanksgiving)

Commitment: 1 Practice / Game 1 hour per week, dependent on coach availability.

What we Provide:

Each participant receives a jersey & 27.5" ball

Each coach receives a whistle

Layout:

Practice/Games will take place at a local Elementary School

Teams will consist of 6 players.

With the exception of week 1, practices / games will be on the same night. The first 30 minutes consist of a shared gym practice and the final 30 minutes will be a scrimmage against the other team sharing the gym.

Rules:

  • Games will consist of 4 - 5 minute segments with a running clock.
  • Games will be 3v3
  • Coaches are allowed to walk on the court to instruct their teams.
  • Shuffling of feet and double dribbling will be allowed.
  • If a foul occurs, ball will be placed back up at half court and play will begin on a whistle from a coach.
  • Playing time: Each team member will play at least 2 segments
  • Score is not kept
